First in-house designer at icapps. I grew the team to eight and shipped 200+ mobile and web apps for Tomorrowland, Philips Hue, KLM, Telenet, Proximus, KBC Bolero and many more.

The context
I joined icapps as the first in-house designer. Seven years later the design team was eight people strong, the agency had grown to 120, and we had shipped 200+ mobile and web apps.

What I did
- Ran the full design stack: user interviews, journey mapping, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, rapid prototyping, motion design, 3D assets and usability testing
- Designed for entertainment, fintech, telecom, mobility and IoT: Tomorrowland, Philips Hue, KBC Bolero, Telenet, Proximus, Bridgestone, KLM, Luminus and Keytrade
- As partner on the management team: set agency-wide design standards, led strategic pitches, and led a cross-functional squad of seven
